in the file I have to search the text in picoCTF format but the log files are generally huge so finding a particular text we can use grep

but what about the rest ?
see here all the headers are different here only the headers FLAGPART contains the flag data so I should use the grep and use the FLAGPART to find that

the file downloaded was in the .pcap format so I opened that in the wireshark and sorted the packets according to the time and all the packets with length 12 gave a partial base64 string so I arranged all the strings and finally got this
